Ingredients
- 2 pcs of Mi Urai Original
- For beef topping
- 6 tbsp chilli oil,
- 1 tsp garlic, grated
- 250 g ground beef,
- 1 tbsp soy sauce,
- ½ tsp salt,
- 1 tsp sugar,
- ½ tsp white pepper
- For noodles seasoning
- 3 tbsp peanut butter,
- 4 tbsp soy sauce,
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic, grated
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- Salt and sugar, to taste
- 1 ladle noodle water
- Topping:
- 2 soft-boiled eggs (cooked for 6 minutes).
- Cucumber, cut into matchstick
- Chili oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook MI URAI according to the instructions on the pack. set aside.
- 2. Make beef topping: heat pan with chili oil and garlic until fragrant. Add beef and cook until the color changes. Season it with soy sauce, salt, sugar, and white pepper. set aside.
- 3. Mix all noodle seasonings in a bowl, stir until smooth. Add MI URAI and mix until coated.
- 4. Serve noodles in a bowl, top with beef, egg, cucumber and chilli oil.
