Ingredients
- 3-4 keping Mi Urai
- For Shawarma Beef
- 500 g ground beef
- 5 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- For sauce:
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2–3 tbsp warm water
- Salt & pepper to taste
- For toppings:
- Parsley
- Pickles
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Make Shawarma: mix all for Shawarma ingredients. Stir well until fully combined. Place the meat mixture on a sheet of baking paper. Spread it thinly. Roll it up using the baking paper.
- 3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes or until cooked through and the edges are caramelized.
- 4. Make sauce: mix all for sauce ingredients until creamy. Set aside.
- 5. Toss noodles with sauce. Add sliced shawarma beef.
- 6. Top with fresh parsley, pickles, and tomatoes.
