Ingredients
- 2 pcs BIHUN JAGUNG URAI
- Broth Base:
- 300 g Dory fish
- 1.2 lt water
- 1 onion small size, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, minced
- 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp rice flour mixed with 3 tbsp water
- Salt & sugar to taste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Toppings:
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 50 g fried shallots
- Leek
- Lime wedges
- Chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Cook BIHUN JAGUNG URAI according to instructions on the pack. Set aside.
- 2. Make broth base: Boil fish until cooked. Remove, shred, and set aside.
- 3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Add lemongrass, turmeric, and fish sauce. Stir well.
- 4. In the boiling water, add shredded fish and stir fry spices. Boil it ± 10 menit.
- 5. Add rice flour slurry to slightly thicken the broth.
- 6. Serve Mohinga Bee Hoon with the broth, add topping according to your taste.
