Ingredients
- 2 pcs MI URAI
- 1 chicken breasts, fillet
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- For dry season
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- Sauce:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 fresh thyme, leaves picked
- 2 tbsp of sundried tomatoes
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 100 g parmesan cheese, freshly
Instructions
- 1. Cook MI URAI according to instructions on the pack, set aside.
- 2. Make dry season: blend all for dry season ingredients, divide into two part.
- 3. Season chicken on both sides with half of the season blended. Then coat chicken into the flour and set aside.
- 4. Heat olive oil on a pan with medium-high heat. Pan-sear chicken until golden brown for 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- 5. Make sauce: in the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, chilli, sun dried tomatoes, thyme and 1/2 seasoning blend until fragrant.
- 6. Pour in chicken stock and heavy cream. Cook the sauce until it thickens.
- 7. Add MI URAI and parmesan, mix all until well coated.
- 8. Serve with chicken breast, cherry tomatoes,thyme
