Ingredients
- 2 pcs Bihun Jagung Urai
- 200 g cabbage, finely sliced
- 100 g carrots, finely sliced
- 4 small shallots, thinly sliced
- 300 g shredded chicken
- 1 large handful coriander, chopped
- 1 large handful mint leaves, chopped
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- For Dressing Salad:
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp. lime juice
- 1 ½ tbsp white vinegar
- 1tbsp hot water
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Pelengkap:
- Roasted peanuts, chopped
- Fried onions
- Lime
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun Jagung Urai according to instructions on pack, set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix all for dressing salad ingredients and stir until well combined. Set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine Bihun Jagung Urai, remaining ingredients and dressing, stir until well combined.
- 4. Top with peanut, fried shallots and squeeze of lime.
