Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi URAI
- 200 gr chicken breast
- For marinate:
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp chlili powder
- 1 tbsp ghee
- salt to taste
- Butter Chicken Sauce:
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chlli powder
- 2 tomatoes, cut
- 1 tbsp cashew
- 100 ml heavy cream
- Toppings:
- Coriander leaves
- red chilli, thinly sliced
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Marinate chicken: mix chicken with marinate ingredients. Marinate for ± 30 minutes. Then grill chicken until cooked. Set aside.
- 3. Make Butter Sauce: saute onion and garlic with ghee until fragrant. Add cumin, garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder, tomato and cashew. Cook until soft. Then blend it.
- 4. Pour back blended sauce into pan, add cream and grilled chicken.
- 5. Serve Mi URAI in bowl. Add butter sauce and topped with garnish
