Ingredients
- For Steamed Chicken:
- ½ chicken breast fillet
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- For Soup:
- 2 pcs Mi URAI Original
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 stalks coriander leaves, stalks and leaves separated
- 4 pcs chicken meatballs, quartered
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 750 ml chicken broth
- 4 pokchoy leaves
- 25 g bean sprouts, cleaned
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- Salt, as needed
- 2 stalks spring onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. For Steamed Chicken: Mix chicken with other ingredients for steamed chicken, marinate for 30 minutes. Steam until cooked. Remove from heat and shred. Set aside.
- 3. Heat oil. Sauté garlic and chopped coriander stalk until fragrant.
- 4. Add chicken meat balls, fish sauce and soy sauce. Stir well.
- 5. Pour chicken broth, let it simmer. Add in pokchoy and bean sprouts, season with salt and stock powder.
- 6. Add Mi URAI and coriander leaves, stir well. Remove from heat, serve with shredded steamed chicken and scallions.
