Ingredients
- 2 pcs Bihun Jagung URAI
- 100 gr shrimp
- 100 gr fish fillet
- 50 gr of okra
- 1 medium-size purple eggplant
- 50 gr of long beans
- 100 gr of pak coy
- For Soup:
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 700 ml of water
- 2 tbsp tamarind
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tomato, cut into 4
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, bruised
- Salt, sugar and pepper to taste
- Garnish:
- Red chilli, sliced
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun Jagung URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Make Soup: saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Pour water and for soup ingredients, cook until boil.
- 3. Add shrimp, fish and vegetables. Season it.
- 4. Makes soup: put in all for soup ingredients. Then let it sboil until the meat is tender.
- 5. Serve Bihun Jagung URAI in a bowl. Pour soup in and topped with garnish.
