Creamy Cheezy Bolognese Noodle

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi URAI Flat
- ½ onion, minced
- 1 stalk celery, cut into ½ cm
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 carrot, diced small
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp thyme
- 200 g minced beef
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 400 ml juiced tomato
- 150 ml milk
- 75 g melted cheese
- 125 ml cooking cream
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- For Serving:
- Cheddar/ parmesan cheese
- Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Heat pan, melt butter and sauté onion and celery until fragrant. Add garlic and stir until fragrant.
- 3. Add carrot, oregano and thyme. Sauté until fragrant.
- 4. Add minced beef, cook until the colour of the meat changes.
- 5. Add ground black pepper.
- 6. Add tomato paste and tomato juice, let it simmer. Slowly pour milk while stirred until meat is cooked.
- 7. Season with sugar and salt.
- 8. Lower heat, add cheese and cooking cream, stir slowly until cheese is melted. Turn off heat.
- 9. Add Mi URAI, stir well. Lift and serve with sprinkles of cheese and parsley.
