Ingredients
- 2 pcs MI URAI Flat
- 300 g chicken, diced
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Ground spices:
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 ½ cm ginger
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts, soaked in water for 10 minutes
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- Garnish:
- Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
- 1. Cook MI URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. In a food processor, ground all ground spices ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- 3. Heat oil. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- 4. Add ground spices and chicken, cook until chicken is well done.
- 5. Pour coconut milk, add salt and pepper. Cook until liquid thickens.
- 6. Serve MI URAI in a bowl and then pour chicken korma on top. Serve while hot with coriander leaves.
