Ingredients
- 2 pcs Bihun Jagung URAI
- For Turkish Ezme (Salad):
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 handful parsley, chopped
- ½ handful mint
- 2 red chillies
- 3 green chillies
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Shish Kebab:
- 200 gr beef, minced
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp cumin powder
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun Jagung URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Make Turkish Ezme: mix all for Turkish Ezme ingredients in a bowl. Add Bihun Jagung URAI. Set aside.
- 3. Make Sish Kebab: mix all Shish Kebab ingredients in a bowl. Shape into skewers, then grill until juicy and golden.
- 4. Serve Bee Hoon Mediterranean Salad in a plate. Topped with Sish Kebab.
