Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi Urai
- 2 pcs big-sized prawn, halved
- For sauce:
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 500 ml whole milk
- 150g cheddar cheese, shredded
- 150g gouda/edam cheese, shredded
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Topping
- 50g parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp parsley
- Fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Heat butter, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add paprika powder and milk, then bring to simmer.
- 2. Put in MI URAI and cook until halved cook. Add cheddar, gouda/edam, then season it. Mix well.
- 3. Transfer everything into an oven-safe dish, top with prawn, sprinkle it with panko, parmesan, and parsley. Bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes
- 4. Serve with chives on the top.
