Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi URAI
- 250 gr beef (diced)
- For marinate:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 ginger
- 1 tsp five spice powder
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- For soup:
- 1 stalk of lemongrass (crushed)
- 2 star anise
- 3 cm cinnamon
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 700 ml coconut water
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 carrots (cut)
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Garnish:
- red chilli, thinly sliced
- cilantro leaves
- fried onion
- limes
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Marinate beef: mix beef with garlic, ginger, five spice powder, tomato sauce and pepper. Marinate for ± 30 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil. Stir-fry beef and cook until it changes colour.
- 4. Makes soup: put in all for soup ingredients. Then let it sboil until the meat is tender.
- 5. Serve Mi URAI in a bowl, put in beef and carrots. Pour soup in and topped with garnish
