Ingredients
- 2 pcs Bihun Jagung URAI
- For Pearl Meatballs:
- 200 gr chicken thigh fillet,
- 1 potato, boiled
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 50 gr Bihun Jagung URAI, cooked
- For Soup:
- 700 ml water,
- 1 carrot, cut
- 100 gr chicken breast, shredded
- 50 gr macaroni, boiled
- 1 beef sausage, sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 100 ml evaporated milk
- salt & pepper to taste
- oil as needed
Instructions
- 1. Cook Bihun Jagung URAI according to instructions on pack. Separate into two: 50 gr and other. Set aside.
- 2. Make Pearl Meatballs: In a food processor blend: chicken, potato, egg yolk, margarine, salt and pepper. Transfer into a bowl, add cooked Bihun Jagung URAI, mix well, then shape into small balls. Boil until cooked. Set aside.
- 3. Make Soup: sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, then pour water add chicken. Let it boil.
- 4. Add carrots, macaroni, and sausage, cook until tender. Then add pearl meatballs, evaporated milk and season it.
- 5. Serve Bihun Jagung URAI in a bowl, pour soup and topped with pearl meatballs.
