Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi URAI
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 100 gr kimchi
- 2 tbsp kimchi juice
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 50 gr parmesan
- For Crispy Chicken Skin
- 200 g chicken skin, cut into small pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Topping:
- crispy chicken skin
- parmesan
- black pepper
- 1 leek, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Make Crispy Chicken Skin: Fry the chicken skin until crispy. Season it with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- 3. In a pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add kimchi, kimchi juice and gochujang. Mix well.
- 4. Pour in heavy cream, add Mi URAI and parmesan. Mix well.
- 5. Serve Creamy Kimchi Noodles in a bowl, topped with crispy chicken skin then sprinkle with parmesan, pepper and leek.
