
Beef Pesto Noodle

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mi Urai Flat
- 300 g striploin beef
- Salt, as needed
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- For Pesto:
- 60 g parsley
- 40 g basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 400 ml cooking oil/ salad oil
- Salt, as needed
- ¼ tsp white pepper powder
Instructions
- 1. Cook Mi URAI Flat according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
- 2. Marinate striploin beef with salt, let it rest and set aside.
- 3. For Pesto: In a blender, blend parsley and garlic with ½ part of oil, add basil leaves and remaining oil. Blend well until smooth, set aside.
- 4. Coat marinated striploin evenly with 1 tsp pesto. Grill in a pan until cooked. Set aside and let it rest.
- 5. Heat oil, sauté garlic until golden. Add Mi URAI Flat and 3 tbsp of pesto, mix well.
- 6. Slice striploin into 1 ½ cm strips, set aside.
- 7. Serve pesto noodles with grilled striploin and extra pesto.
